Terry L. Grantham has been an active practitioner in oil and gas law, real estate and banking law for over 25 years. Mr. Grantham has varied experience in these areas, including oil and gas and real estate acquisition, stand up title opinions and complicated oil and gas mineral problems for oil companies and individuals. Mr. Grantham has represented real estate developers, regarding subdivisions, golf courses, in acquisition, platting, insuring and foreclosing. Likewise, Mr. Grantham has represented farmers and ranchers in large acquisitions and banks to protect their interest in real estate. Mr. Grantham has an active practice representing title companies, title insurers and mortgage companies.

Mr. Grantham, in addition to State Bar duties, including the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee from 2006 to the present, is the current Independent Title Agents of Texas President, and a member of the Texas Association of Abstracters and Title Agents (Regional Director, 1995 - 2000 and President, 2000 - 2001). Mr. Grantham has also lectured to these bodies and has most recently presented a paper to the Lubbock County Bankruptcy Bar, Overview of Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit, and Reverse Mortgage Lending, which he co-authored.
