Hugh has extensive experience in jury trials, bench trials and alternative resolution procedures. He has been actively engaged in the trials of lawsuits since 1984 and has handled a variety of cases including disputes involving breach of contract, construction issues, insurance coverage, personal injury, and probate, trust, and estate matters. An Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocated, Hugh is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
